Dissolve Axis

Axis: Determines the axis mask for the effect. Selecting blue corresponds to the Z-axis, red corresponds to the X-axis, and green corresponds to the Y-axis.

Invert Direction (Min & Max): Inverts the effect. When turned on, the effect works from the maximum value to the minimum value.

Max Value: Sets the maximum point of the mesh; take into account adjustments for effect size such as guide strength and edge sizes.

Min Value: Sets the minimum point of the mesh.

Set the minimum value when the dissolve amount is set to 0, and set the maximum value when the dissolve amount is set to 1. When the invert direction is checked, set the minimum value when the amount is 1, and vice versa.
